    salam semua..sy baru dapat bil pertama streamyx..menjadi persoalannya

    caj bulanan RM 1
    cagaran RM 75
    setem RM 10
    talian telefon-4 km (19.10.09-19.11.09) RM 25.48
    caj kena cukai RM 1.32
    jumlah RM 112.80

    pekej :streamyx combo wifi@home 384 kbps
    persoalannya:talian telefon RM 25.48 nie untuk spe plak? kan kalo combo takde sewa bulanan..mintak pandangan forumer sekalian..nak gi tm point pun tutup..ahad nie baru bukak..

    bil pertama streamyx memang macam tu lepas ni takde dah bil "talian telefon 4km" . yang sewa bulanan tu bukan yang talian telefon 4km tu . Tak pasti kalau sebelum ni dah ada talian telefon (kira dah bayar untuk 4km tuh) macam mana nak buat . Neutral

    tp tetap kene bayr jgk kan yg RM25.48 tu kan?..ooo lepas2 dh xde ek bil talian telefon tu? bukan ape aritu ejen cakap bil 1st cagaran+setem+pekej..dh2 lain pulak yang datang..

    Cuba call agent tu untuk confirmation tepat. Aku punya bil streamyx pun camtu gak dulu, bil pertama je ada "talian 4km" tu. Very Happy

    ape maksud inclusive of tm homeline rental? adakah sekali dengan RM 60 atau RM 60+RM 26 (rental)=RM 86..tak brape paham la...

    yang tm homeline rental (sewa bulanan) dah termasuk dalam rm60 .
