hal.dll missing or corrupted

salam semua..
aku ada format laptop nie acer aspire 4530 guna usb sebab cdrom die rosak..then lepas aku setup semua partition n semua die reboot..then bile nak teruskan intsall windows then die kata hal.dll missing or corrupted..aku dh try banyak kali 4mat but still sama je..so mintak jasa baik semua ok..

prob ni disebabkan 3 punca
1.A bad installation of a program corrupted one or more files causing the .dll errors.
2.Another user or program maliciously or mistakenly deleted the .dll file or an associated file.
3.A hardware issue exists with the computer, such as a bad hard disk drive, causing the data on the drive to become corrupt, casing the .dll errors.

tapi aku rasa problem ko ni adalah yg ketiga..cuba ko buat format NTFS ..
jgn buat quick format...memang lambat skit step ni..kalo tak bleh juga..try tukar hdd

betul apa yang test0123 cakap..aku baru ni quick format saja pasal nak cepat..hal.dll tu juga yang problem..
aku buat full format balik install baru ok..so selamat mencuba..
