problem xblh copy file

hi guys...

aku ader masalah skt nie.. aku pakai windows vista..
masalah aku xbleh nak copy file @ folder. bila aku nak
copy jer, die akan kuar error nie " Windows explorer has stopped working" pastu die akan restart
window explorer balik... sapa-sapa yang tau nk solve prob nie tlg bagitau eh..

Scan virus dahulu.

Selalunya ia disebabkan virus FOLDER.EXE

da scan da... xder virus yg detect pon..

guna AV ape?

Cuba guna komputer lain utk scan HD tu.

guna av Panda.. huhu.. i da try da kuarkan hdd tue n then scan kat pc lain.. still sma jgk..

ada sblom ni o install apa sofware tak cam spylock ker..ini tak boleh aka ada error tu

i da try sume tue.. but still ader prob lg...

reboot then...repair windows..
windows rasa dah crash..

Ada 2 sebab:

1. kernel32.dll - corrupted
2. Malware

Untuk sebab no. 1 - run CMD as administrator -> taip sfc /scannow -> tekan Enter. Jika bernasib baik, Windows akan repair, jika tidak .. perlu ganti kernel32.dll atau run repair Vista.

Untuk sebab no.2 - boleh guna Malwarebytes' AntiMalware untuk scan, mungkin kernel32.dll yang sedang run bukannya dari file asal tetapi file Malware.

Ada juga disebabkan oleh corrupted files/folders yang hendak dicopy/paste.
