tapi kat device manager takde....nak tanya..ada tak pi update firmware..kekadang tu
system tak reading jika di update firmware tu..
try tukar BIOS settings for the IDE Channels from AUTO to CD-ROM.
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
3. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Control/Class/{4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
4. Click the REG_MULTI_SZ data type UpperFilters, and then click Delete on the Edit menu. When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
5. Click the REG_MULTI_SZ data type LowerFilters, and then click Delete on the Edit menu. When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
6. Quit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.

Dalam Vista mana ada value tu, x exist, dalam XP ader la. Aku rasa ko silap config kat Bios kot ... cuba masuk Bios --> Standard C'MOS setup --> tengok ader x list CD/DVD Rom dalam Primary/Secondary channel .. pi pulak kat ---> Advance C'MOS Setup ---> tengok boot order, ader tak ....... tapi yang penting, jika x config kat Standard C'MOS Setup, maka CD/DVD Rom x kan muncul di Computer tapi jika boot CD memang boleh jalan.
