    ak nk bli desktop baru la..
    bajet nk amek amd phenom II X4 920 2.8ghz...gigabyte HD4870 1gb..mobo gigabyte MA790X-ds4...2gb ddr2 1066(x 2)..n bla2..

    pastu ak sembang la ngan boss kdai comp..dia kata..
    phenom ni latest tp x stabil..( Shocked ????)ntah la tul ke x..dia kata better amek athlon dual core for gaming..alasan dia phenom mmg x stabil..

    so ak pkir nk amek athlon dual core le sbb dgr nasihat dia..tp bleh ke padankn ngan hd4870 1gb..xde bottleneck ke???

    lg dia cadangkn amek mobo asus instead of gigabyte..asus mmg power bab2 mobo..

    amek phenom II 940 bro, rugi amik athlon X2.. Athlon X2 memang bottleneck..
    Athlon X2 latest just dual core, 3GHz, 2MB Cache, 2000MHz HT Link..
    Phenom II 940 dah quad core, 3GHz, 8MB Cache, 3600MHz HT Link..

    HT link Athlon X2 yang rendah tu la sebab botleneck, dan 1 sebab Core 2 Duo menang selain dari saiz cache yang juga rendah.. So aku memang syorkan Phenom II.. Phenom II should perform well with 4870, maybe ade performance gains..

    Pasal mobo better amek gigabyte, asus just playing numbers, cheating end users..

    amik je phenom x4 II tu.... orang kata ni la paling terbaik amd hasilkan(orang tu aku la ye...hahahaha)... jgn amik yang phenom biasa...

    amik gigabyte la....aku nak compare tak berani la, sebab asus aku pakai waktu amd, gigabyte(sekarang) pakai intel....

    dari tomhardware, gigabyte cakap asus ni penipu...ko cek la sendiri kat tomhardware tu...hehehehe

    susah la aku nak kasi penerangan.... sistem bus speed lebih kurang front side bus dalam intel.... AMD guna hypertransport....

    kalau ko nak guna AM2+ amik 940 tu.... kalau nak guna AM3 amik la proc yang baru tu... tapi proc belum full utilize ddr3 punya RAM....

    google la kalau nak tahu comparison antara dua tu...

    Yup, HT link tu lebih kurang je macam FSB, tapi laju cket as HT ni point to point connection antara proc dengan RAM.. 810 pakai 4000MHz HT link, 940 pakai 3600MHz HT link..

    Senang je nak pilih, kalau nak pakai RAM DDR2 je amek 940, kalau nak boleh pakai DDR2 dan DDR3 amek 810..
    810 ni boleh masuk mobo socket AM3 dan AM2+ dan AM2.. So boleh pakai DDR3
    940 just boleh masuk mobo socket AM2+ dan AM2.. So tak boleh pakai DDR3

    dari aku beli SSD, baik aku beli velociraptor 10k utk single hdd
    RAID, amik la SSD kalau betul2 banyak duit..
    walaupun hakikatnya..
    x de byk membantu pon dlm gaming...
    kecuali loading...

    kelebihan SSD, hdd ko x rosak (dan data dlm dier x corrupt) kalau terjatus, atau dgn kata lain.. bergegar SSD tu..
