    laptop kakak sy model compaq cq40 kua itam je kt bahagian desktop dia,xnmpk gambar desktop background pn,taskbar pn xde..apsal ek?
    tekan f11 nk system recovery pn xleh..klik dekat taskbar and start menu kt control panel pn xleh..tolong..

    cuba time dekat desktop tu tekan CTRL + ALT + DEL..dia akan buka Task Manager

    then pergi File > New Task

    taip explorer.exe

    kalau boleh patutnya dia akan keluar taskbar semua..

    ble kte off laptop n then on balik die jd itam plak..cmne?nk kna format ke laptop ni??

    model cq40

    masuk safe mode press F8 before keluar logo windows
    tak boleh
    backup data dan boleh format jika rasa perlu diformatkan.

    virus rasa.. kene scan dulu.. cara yang aku bagi tu memang kena buat everytime masuk windows selagi tak pulih.. Razz

    so kena scan dulu.. ada virus yang halang file OS dari beroperasi rasa.. Smile

    copy explorer.exe dari komputer lain yg sama sistem dgn ko p pendrive
    tym kat desktop tu, kuarkan task manager, p new task, click browse, pg kat dir pendrive yg ada fresh explorer.exe td, copy pastu pastu kat C:\Windows.

    klu x nk ada error, ko delete explorer.exe yg lama baru pastekan explorer.exe yg ko copy td.
