tukar CD @ DVD installer dengan yang elok @ baru..
kemungkinan besar utk optical drive anda rosak jugak tinggi...
kalau optical drive rosak, pakai yang usb @ ghost je OS tu kedalam hdd laptop anda~

if you're using the same cd installer..i believed, your cd may have scratch that make it corrupt files.
sometimes it might can be copied (install) but the bytes copied may differ, you may experience some error ie. some system files not working properly.
sometimes, cd drive mostly notebook, cannot accept a cd with sticker on it (illegal cd).
you might want to try using another cd installer.

1. check your CMOS/BIOS settings (you might want to refer to your manual)
2. Your registry corrupted
