salam...ermm aku ada satu problem skrg ni...semua file video 3gp aku telah di tukar ke file application (.exe) and size file tu semua jd 64kb je..camna aku nk buang virus tu arr..td aku try cari2 aku ada jumpa satu file codec.exe dgn autorun utk codec.exe tu kat dlm pendrive aku...skrg ni cam ne aku nk dpt kn video tu..and skrg ni aku dh xleh nk install gom player kat pc aku..minta tlg bg pendapat sikit

oo.. ko scan ja komp ko dgn AV (update terbaru). File ko tu x hilang pun. cuma kena hidden. virus tu copy nama fail video ko tp gn ext EXE.

usahakan dahulu utk repair windows dan clean-kan windows ko tu dari pada virus, baru la ko usahakan utk dapatkan balik file tu. kalo ko repair fail tu or backup... virus ttp ada dlm windows.. so aku sarankan, setelkan hal virus dlm windows ko tu dulu.

nie aku bg taw cara nk buang virus secara manual
1.ko kill(matikan)process yg mencurigakn...kalo task manager x de..gugel cari procces explore...aku saran kn ko guna process explore sbb ko buleh taw sekali process tu dr folder mn
2.lepas tu ko donlod explore xp yg lambang kpal tu..software ni nk view hidden file..ko msuk drive c ko tgk file autorun virus.. ko bka guna wordpad..ko tgk nm pa virus tu..pastu ko delete autorun tu beserta sekali dgn file virus yg ko tgk dlm autorun td..pastu msok c:\window\system\..tgk kt situ...then dlete file virus...pastu masok c:\window\system32\ dlte file virus..ko tgk kt D: (kalo ko da drive D lar) dlete gk file virus kt situ...file virus yg aku mksudkn tu file yg nama dia sbjik dlm autorun yg ko bk td..ok phm
3..ok virus dh clean n clear ko repair lak registry...insyaallah berjaya..haa lg stu kt startup ko kna buang gk ko disable kn process dia...aku lpe lak software tu nm apa...AUTORUN kot
4..lepas tu ko blanja aku mnum sbb penat aku taip ni..
p/s: kalo nk sng guna ja antivirus...
